Pervie in a Bottle

I had a adventurous moment and asked if two persons next to me could give me two adjectives and then I would draw something that has those characteristics. So, the first person said "pervert" and the next one said "bottlelike". Erm, okay... and then I spent about 10 minutes to visualize an idea in my head.

I should have been more creative with the second adjective, instead of just drawing a bottle (duh). I shall do that next time. There's one question though: Is she a pocket-sized domina stuck in a bottle or a domina wearing a gigantic bottle as a dress?
